Speculo Glass Ltd. - Website Terms and Conditions

General Information

This document constitutes a binding Terms and Conditions for the use of the Speculo Glass website, Speculo Glass Ltd., Reg. No. 515882736 (hereinafter: "the Company" or "the Website"). Use of the Website constitutes full and informed acceptance of all the terms set forth herein.

Registration and Bookings

1. Workshops can be booked through the Website only, subject to availability.
2. Booking confirmation will be sent by email upon completion of the booking process.
3. The Company reserves the right to cancel a booking due to technical errors, pricing mistakes, or full capacity.
4. All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.
5. The user is responsible for ensuring that all information provided during the booking is accurate.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

1. Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the workshop date are refundable minus 5% or 100 NIS – whichever is lower.
2. Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days prior to the workshop are refundable at 50% of the workshop price.
3. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop date are non-refundable.
4. Rescheduling a workshop is considered a cancellation, as the reserved slot is taken.
5. Bookings may be transferred to another person upon prior notice and coordination with the Company.
6. Cancellations must be sent via WhatsApp to 055-9924478; the cancellation date is the date the Company receives the message.
7. In exceptional cases, such as force majeure, company cancellation, or justified medical reasons, the Company reserves the right to offer a full refund or alternative date at its discretion.

Workshop Creations Delivery

1. After the workshop, creations are finished, cooled, packaged, and shipped.
2. Shipping within Israel is included in the workshop price and takes up to 3 weeks.
3. Express shipping is available for 250 NIS – up to 10 business days.
4. International shipping is available for 750 NIS, delivery in 6–10 weeks.
5. The Company is not responsible for delays beyond its control (e.g., postal service, customs, strikes).
6. The Company makes every effort to pack the creations securely. Thousands of shipments are delivered safely every year. However, due to the nature of glass items, accidents may occur beyond the Company's control. In such cases, the Company will review the case and, if necessary, recreate a similar item in appearance and spirit. Recreated items may slightly differ from the original, as each piece is handmade and unique.

Privacy Policy

Personal information provided by users will be stored in the Company's database and used solely for processing the booking. The Company will not share information with third parties unless required by law or with the user's consent.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Website is the exclusive property of the Company and may not be used for commercial purposes or distributed without written permission.

Liability

The services and information on the Website are provided "as is". The Company is not liable for indirect damages, delays, or failures beyond its control. Maximum liability is limited to the total paid for the booking.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by Israeli law, and jurisdiction is exclusive to the competent courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa.
